My first project quickly taught me the fundamentals: understanding the building's reality, coordinating diverse teams, and maintaining strict organisational standards.

An engineer by training, I began my career in New Zealand, travelling solo while working as a Quantity Surveyor on post-earthquake reconstruction projects. This demanding environment shaped both my discipline and my human-centred approach to project management.

Back in France, I spent eight years within a leading European consultancy, working with international clients and refining my expertise in cost management, negotiation and English (almost as fluent as my love for global cuisine).

Known for my keen eye and natural ability to identify budget anomalies, at ZaL Consult I oversee, optimise and safeguard project costs while supervising the FF&E division. I approach each project with precision, curiosity and a sense of adventure — even in Excel
